Take your shoes off to help your body heal!


Last week April 22, 2020 was national Earth Day. So I took my shoes off to honor the earth by grounding myself.

Do you remember when you were a kid we played outside in the dirt? We were not sick with asthma, allergies, pain, diabetes etc, because dirt and our bodies work together for a healthy immune system. I challenge you to do this at least two times per week, you will be amazed.
